The Grand Celebration is Here!
After a year of planning, Celebrate!250 is off and running! It’s the 250th anniversary of our founding back in 1762, and 2012 promises to bring a special year of birthday hoopla and historical remembrance.
Through a series of stories told through an array of mediums, Celebrate!250 honors the rich tapestry of generations that built Charlottesville, involving our diverse community of interests, cultures and backgrounds in building our new story.
